The tastefully furnished flat, situated on the top floor of a detached house, features two bedrooms and three balconies facing east, south and west. Enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Chiemgau Alps, including the Kampenwand and Zellerhorn, at any time of day. You can reach the holiday flat via a separate staircase at the side of the house, which provides you with independent access. To ensure a comfortable stay, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, a free parking space right next to the house, a lockable bicycle garage and a charging point for e-bikes. The central location makes for a particularly relaxing holiday: a supermarket, a bakery and a bus stop are all within about a 5-minute walk. The railway station and the centre of Aschau are only about a 10-minute walk away. Please note that pets and dogs are not permitted. Environment description Aschau im Chiemgau is situated in one of Upper Bavaria’s most beautiful holiday regions and offers numerous sights as well as attractive destinations for day trips. The town’s landmark is the impressive Hohenaschau Castle, which towers majestically over the Priental valley. Another highlight is the Kampenwandbahn cable car, which takes visitors comfortably up to the famous Chiemgau viewing mountain. Just a few kilometres away lies Lake Chiemsee, also known as the ‘Bavarian Sea’. Regular boat trips depart from there to the islands of Herrenchiemsee and Frauenchiemsee. Particularly worth seeing is the famous Herrenchiemsee Palace, which King Ludwig II had built on the model of Versailles. Thanks to its convenient location, the cities of Munich, Salzburg and Kufstein are also easily accessible for a day trip. Ch. directly to your host. Arrival Description By car: A8 motorway Munich/Salzburg – take the Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau exit, then turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Immediately after the ‘Aschau i.Chiemgau’ town sign, turn right at the Penny supermarket onto Pölchinger Straße, then take the second left onto Herbststraße; the house is on the left-hand side. Description of the accommodation The spacious Alpenblick.Hoch3 holiday flat offers plenty of room to relax and unwind across approximately 120 m² of living space. This bright top-floor flat, with its gently sloping ceiling, features three balconies facing east, south and west, offering magnificent views of the Chiemgau mountains – including the Kampenwand and Zellerhorn – at any time of day. Two cosy bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180 x 200 cm), one of which has its own balcony, ensure a restful night’s sleep. The spacious living area, with parquet flooring, a balcony, a flat-screen smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a sofa bed and an inviting seating area, creates a pleasant, cosy atmosphere. The separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and balcony leaves nothing to be desired. Facilities include a dishwasher, hob with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and coffee and tea making facilities. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, hairdryer, washing machine and drying rack. The living and bedrooms have high-quality parquet flooring, whilst the kitchen has easy-to-clean tiles. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Please note that dogs and other pets are not permitted.
